1. GeneralArtistic Style: I'm still learning my style so there may be differences between pieces.
References: Clients are expected to provide clear and detailed references/descriptions. Lack of clarity may result in delays or additional fees.
Timelines: Estimated completion times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client response times.
NSFW Art:
While I will do NSFW art, I have the right to refuse anything that will make me uncomfortable or I am unable to draw.
You must be 18+ to commission NSFW art!

2. Commission ProcessQuote: A quote will be provided based on the complexity and scope of the request.
Payment: For art where the total is under $40, full payment is required before work.
If price is more than $40, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to final delivery.
Approval Stages:
Sketch Phase: Clients will receive a sketch for review. Up to 3 minor revisions are included at this stage. Major changes after sketch approval may incur additional fees.
Final Art: A watermarked preview of the final artwork will be sent for approval. Only minor tweaks (e.g., color adjustments) are accepted at this stage.
Delivery: Final artwork will be delivered digitally via email or preferred method, unwatermarked, upon full payment.

3. Payment & RefundsPayment Methods: PayPal, Cash App.
Currency: All prices are in USD.
Client Cancellation:
If cancelled before the sketch phase, the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled after the sketch phase, the deposit is non-refundable, and an additional fee may be charged for work completed.
Artist Cancellation: If I, the artist, need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued to the client.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered.

4. Copyright & UsageArtist's Rights: I, the artist, retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, and for promotional purposes.
Client's Usage (Personal Use): Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may:
Print the artwork for personal display.
Use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, etc., with credit to me.
Commercial Use: Any commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising, reselling) requires a separate agreement and a commercial license fee.
Prohibited Actions: Clients may not alter, edit, trace, reproduce, claim authorship of, or resell the artwork without explicit written permission.
Don't use any of my art (commissioned or not) in AI training/ generating.

5. CommunicationPlease allow up to 48 hours for a response to inquiries.
Prompt client responses are appreciated to maintain project timelines.
